No Gimmicks and No Upfront Fees!
At Cosmetic Surgery USA we have asked our Enrolled Providers to accept what is often a discounted payment for services as compared to what they would normally charge and to work with our clients as it relates to payment options. On the other hand, we send them people who are really committed to having a procedure as opposed to those who may just be surfing the web. For that reason, we will require a $50 Good Faith deposit from you once you have been pre-qualified by a Patient Coordinator and you are ready to start having consultations. This "Good Faith Deposit" is only to assure your arrival at a scheduled consultation with a doctor. You will get this deposit back under all conditions except if you do not show up at a scheduled consultation and you o not cancel 24 hours in advance of your sheduled consultation. This is our way of showing our doctors you are serious about having a procedure.

By submitting this deposit, you are making a Good Faith deposit and request for the consulting and scheduling services offered by Cosmetic Surgery USA. In so doing, you fully understand that Cosmetic Surgery USA will not offer you a direct referral to any one Physician nor will we require you to go to one of our In-Network Physicians for services. Your deposit is only required as a sign of good faith and is 100% refundable if you go to a scheduled consultation with one of our doctors. By submitting this payment, you agree to hold Cosmetic Surgery USA harmless for any physical, mental, or financial damage you may incur due to a procedure you may be considering and/or actually have completed.
